Primary Crushers
A wide range of primary crushers is available. Cement plants often use hammer mills, impact crushers and even jaw crushers. We manufacture many types of hammers adaptables to crushers from brands such as Thyssenkrupp® Polysius®, Flsmidth®. Grates and liner segments are also manufactured, as well as complete rotors.
Ball Mills
We can manufacture liners, plates and grates, inlet and outlet plates for this type of mills, always looking for the best alloy to suit your working conditions. The variety of alloys in this field is very wide since every mill is different, but we always seek to optimize our customers’ costs. In this section we offer our ball mill audit and optimization services.
Clinker Cooler
Cooler plates, side plates, segments, aeration base units and a wide variety of components used in these machines, both foundry and shop fabricated. Some of the coolers for which we can supply different elements adaptables: Thyssenkrupp® Polysius®, Polytrak®, Flsmidth® Fuller®.
Vertical Mills
We also manufacture grinding rollers and grinding tables for vertical mills adaptable to manufacturers such as Loesche® Gebr. Pfeiffer®, Flsmidth®. And now also with ceramic inserts.
Tower Exchanger
The high temperatures reached in the tower require that the elements installed in the tower be made of suitable steels. Immersion tubes, flaps, valves, air cannons, in refractory steels resistant to high temperatures, corrosion and wear. Adaptables to plants Thyssenkrupp® Polysius®, Flsmidth® Sinoma, CBMI.
Kiln
Inlet and outlet sectors in refractory steels. We have a wide range of patterns available. Furnace support rollers, manufactured with materials suitable for the working conditions they support. Also rolling rings, please contact our technical department for more information.
Clinker Crusher
For clinker crushers we manufacture hammers in special alloys for these working conditions. We also manufacture discs or rollers for compression crushers.
Elements Transportation
Wheels, sprockets, pulleys, links, buckets, shafts, pinions, etc. We can manufacture a wide range of elements involved in the transport of materials in the cement plant.
