After all these years manufacturing spare parts crushing machinery, Aceros y Suministros S.L. has taken an important step forward and added a small range of crushers to its product line. These machines have been designed to meet the needs of customers and with the experience gained in the last 60 years.
Terciary impact crusher to produce sand, with a crushing chamber that can be adjusted constantly. The rotor, with a configuration of 4 or 6 blow bars, can rotate clockwise or counter-clockwise. The adjustment is made on the rotor instead of on the impact plates. The axis of rotation can be moved horizontally, adjusting the distance between the blow bars and the impact plates (crushing chamber). The adjustment, based on mechanical elements, is quick and easy and is carried out by means of a crank device. The rotor also allows additional radial movement of the blow bars, so they can be used entirely, maximising lifetime reducing downtile and costs.

The adjustment is made on the rotor instead of on the impact plates. The adjustment, based on mechanical elements, is quick and easy and is carried out by means of a crank device, that verifies, in suitable millimeters, the movement of the rotor. The design of the jaw crusher MAXTOR M840 has its origin in several studies carried out by the ACEROS Y SUMINISTROS S.L. research and development team, with fatigue calculations in DEM simulation software. All aspects of the MAXTOR M840 jaw crusher have been specifically evaluated paying attention to the smallest details.
Different types of jaws have been developed according to the working conditions and materials to be crushed. All jaws are manufactured in our high quality manganese steels.
