Aceros y Suministros S.A. provides design, installation and maintenance services of all kinds of facilities related to the extraction of aggregates and recycling plants.
Given our extense industry experience, during which we've worked with a lot of customers, solving their specific needs in terms of size, material extraction, machinery location, providing us with a great degree of knowledge at all levels.
Therefore, we decided to offer an advisory, design and installation service of plants for extraction and crushing of aggregates and recycling of solid waste materials.
Aceros y Suministros S.A. carry out the study, according to customer requirements, taking into account different criteria:
-Structural (spatial arrangement of resources)
-Geotechnical criteria (stability and geometry of the slope)
-Operations (space needed for the teams)
-Environment (minimization of impact in the environment)
Usually we develop two strategic plans: short term (<1 year) and medium and long term (5-10 years) planning, which depends on the dynamic demand forecasting that must be updated regularly. It should represent the variation in levels of the hole gravel, steep cliffs, deep, annual progress, areas of clearing and soil removal, stockpiling, transfer of materials, etc. We alsoneed to define in advance the means to load and transport.
